A) General information
The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit our website. Personal data are all data with which you can be personally identified. You have the right to know whether personal data relating to you are being processed and, if so, information for the purposes of processing and the categories of personal data being processed as well as the recipient/categories of recipients, the planned duration of the storage of your personal data, the origin of the data if these were not collected by the data subject herself/himself and, if applicable, the existence of automated decision-making.

We only store and use further personal data if you give your consent or if this is authorised by law without special consent. : If you send us an application via our applicant portal, personal data will be requested and recorded. You also have the opportunity to provide information about your previous professional career, upload and send files to us. We use this data exclusively for the purpose (processing of your application, callback/contact by us) for which you send us this data. This is our legitimate interest (Art. 6 Par. 1 Letter f, GDPR).
We only store and use further personal data if you give your consent or if this is authorised by law without special consent. The data will be deleted after completion of the application procedure, but no later than after six months' time. In certain cases, your contact details will be stored so that we can contact you at a later date when a suitable position in our team becomes available.
D) Processing of personal data
We process personal data if you are interested in our products or services or have any other concerns, if you purchase products or services directly from us, if you request information on our products and services, if your personal data was transmitted to us by partners or third parties and if the necessary data protection requirements are fulfilled.
We need and use personal data to fulfil pre-contractual, contractual or post-contractual and legal obligations. The processing of personal data takes place within the framework of the provision of our products and services. For this it is necessary to collect, process and use personal data.
Within our company, only those areas are granted access to your provided data which are authorised to process this data, and provided this data is actually required for the fulfilment of contractual and legal obligations.
Which data/data categories are processed by us and why are they required?
a) Contact details
Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address.
We need this information to communicate with you.
b) Contract Master Data/Supplier Account
Contact/communication data, supplier number, contract number, term, conditions, bank details.
We need this information so that we can fulfil our obligations under an existing contract, the initiation of business or within the framework of guarantees and warranty cases.
c) Contract Master Data/Customer Account
Contact/communication data, customer number, term, conditions, bank details, purchased products/services, information about non-payments to us, Schufa information (German central credit-reporting agency) if applicable.
We need this information in order to assign purchased products and payments received and avoid the risks of non-payment.
d) Use of websites and communication
Information on how to use the website.
We need this data in order to maintain and adapt the functionality and timeliness of our online presence.
e) Details of applicants
In addition to the contact details and a photo, information about your previous education/ qualification, previous employers, your age and your expected income is collected.
We need this information to see how well you fit into our team. The data will be returned or deleted after six months at the latest. In certain cases, your contact details will be stored so that we can contact you at a later date when a suitable position in our team becomes available.
In addition to the personal data mentioned here, no further information on sales, development, manufacture, delivery and subsequent services is required. There will be no processing based exclusively on an automated decision - including profiling - of the aforementioned data. Your data will not be transferred to third countries/countries outside the European Union.
Is data passed on to external recipients?
In principle, the data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. However, it may be necessary for us to pass on data to contractors or other third parties. This will only happen if it is necessary within the scope of the contractual obligations (Art. 6 para. 1 letter b, GDPR) or on the basis of a legal obligation.
A further transmission or use of the data for other purposes will not take place respectively will only happen if you have expressly agreed to the transmission.
In certain cases, we have a legitimate interest (Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter f, GDPR) in external service providers having access to our data processing processes and thus also to your data.
