Of course, development is not only important for products but also for the people at SLS. We attach great importance to the fact that our employees are brought up to speed with the latest developments by offering them training and continuing education.

Construction

Professional care and expertise - every time we design a tool.

Thanks to our own design department we are in a position to put into practise your design requirements in a fast and uncomplicated way. Thus we can guarantee: mould design as required and a fair price/quality ratio for tools and products. Additionally, your technical progress remains safe in our hands as there will be no technology transfer to contractors.

All our designs are made in AutoCAD - this enables a fast exchange of data with our customers using the universal .dxf format file.

Tool manufacturing

Everything you need from one single source.

Thanks to our own tool shop we are in a position to respond to (almost all) the wishes of our customers in a fast and uncomplicated way. We only use the most technologically advanced machinery and the latest technology. Together with our dedicated employees we are able to reach the smallest tolerances and the highest precision.

Production

Man + machine = production made by SLS.

In production we focus on the machines and the people who operate them. We at SLS are very proud of our employees who enable us to produce high quality goods. Our staff work in multi-shift operations, so that we have sufficient production capacities for increased requirements and short-term deliveries. Annually, about 7,000 tons of raw material are processed on more than 30 state-of-the-art extrusion lines in shift operation. For the sake of the environment, production waste is collected homogeneously, recycled in-house and finally fed into the production process again.

Thanks to our own packaging and package assembly, profiles are not only sold by the metre - our customers can also order ready-made or pre-assembled components. SLS produces and tailors according to your wishes: from rigid/flexible solid or hollow profiles, in different thermoplastic resins, from 20 g to 4000 g per m, etc.

Different colours or profiles for which a high stability is necessary can be manufactured either with glass fibre or steel reinforcement on request. However, our excellence lies in co-extrusion for innovative hard soft combinations.

Packaging

The staff members of our packaging department are responsible for the production of prefabricated and pre-fitted components. As you can see, we do not only offer profiles by the metre but we are also in a position to do the following jobs for you so you will get your tailor-made product:
