Quality control
All elements of production, from technology to machinery to raw materials, are continuously subjected to quality control throughout the production process. Our profiles are individually marked for transparent traceability,
including information about material, production date, or seals of quality. Additionally, we employ comprehensive methods for quality testing of the profiles, including heat exposure, shrink tests, drop ball tests, color measurement, video measurement, and functional tests. The measurement protocols are documented for the long term.

Recycling and sustainability at SLS
